Manages employees and first-levelmanagers performing engineering and technical activities in theareas of Engineering ProductLifecycle.Develops and executes integrateddepartmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input ondepartmental business and technical strategies, goals,objectives.Acquires resources for departmentactivities, provides technical management of suppliers and leadsprocess improvements.Develops and maintainsrelationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers,partners and direct reports.
