Job details
The incumbent has a responsibilityto develop & improve & maintain SME Bankingprocesses procedures and policies; to manage the serviceperformance of the Relationship Management section; to do ongoinginternal projects to strengthen the SME business at QNB; and tomanage the external & internal reporting requirements ofSME Banking.Oversee development andmaintenance of servicing capabilities and support within the unitand with other unitsEnsure compliance andlegal sign off for all new policy &proceduresAct as main point of contact for SMEportfolio & reporting relatedissuesDevelop & maintain SMEperformance metrics & dashboardsWorkwith Operations and IT to embed the required capabilities inprocesses and systemsReview performance of SMEproducts & portfolio identify opportunities and createaction plans to improve overall SME bankingprofitabilityWork with product &marketing teams across the Bank to identify campaign opportunitiesand implement these campaignsPrepare businesscases for Compliance Legal & Central Bank approvals for thecampaigns and marketing activitiesMonitorperformance of SME Relationship Managers andOfficersDesign overall performance managementconceptDevelop and automate performanceMISDevelop KPIs to measure performance ofindividuals within the SMEbusinessUniversity graduatepreferably with a Major in Marketing Banking Finance AccountingEconomics Business Administration (Masterspreferred)Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in English and Arabic(preferable)Strong analytical problem solvingdecisionmaking and financial managementskillsSelfdriven with welldeveloped leadershipmotivational and teambuilding skillsAbility toidentify need for change adaptable and flexible in anticipating andrealizing market opportunitiesUnderstanding oflinkages driving profitIndepth knowledge ofproducts services and delivery channels available toSMEsGood interpersonal and networkingskillsThis job has been sourcedfrom an external job board.More jobs on
