Verify availability of room typeand rate.Explain guarantee, special rate, andcancellation policies to callers.Accommodateand document special requests. Answer questions about propertyfacilities/services and roomaccommodations.Follow sales techniques tomaximize revenue. Input and access data in reservationsystem.Indicate special room reservation types(e.g., complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agentinspection rates, and wholesale reservations) by inputting thecorrect code and rate into the reservationsystem.Follow proper escalation procedureswhen addressing guest concerns.
