Reporting to the COO, you will lead a dedicated HR team in fostering an inclusive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and attracting top talent to support our ambitious goals. You will have the opportunity to influence and shape our organization's people practices, ensuring that Solnet Group remains an employer of choice in the renewable energy industry.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:· Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall mission, vision, and growth objectives.· Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate HR needs, identify talent gaps, and implement proactive solutions.Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:· Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience together with the team.· Implement innovative strategies to attract top talent in the renewable energy sector, leveraging employer branding and strategic partnerships.Employee Engagement and Retention:· Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and promote a sense of belonging across diverse teams.· Planning regular surveys, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Learning and Development:· Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities that support employee growth and skill enhancement.· Encourage a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, empowering employees to excel in their roles and pursue career advancement within the organization.Performance Management and Succession Planning:· Implement robust performance management systems to set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and recognize high-performing employees.· Develop succession plans and talent pipelines to ensure continuity and sustainability across key leadership positions and critical functions.Compliance and Employee Relations:· Stay abreast of relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.· Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator in resolving employee disputes, grievances, and workplace conflicts with fairness and integrity.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):· Champion DEI initiatives that promote a culture of respect, equity, and inclusivity, fostering a diverse workforce that reflects our global community.· Implement policies and practices that eliminate barriers to diversity and create equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of background or identity.HR Technology and Data Analytics:· Leverage HR technology platforms and data analytics to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and drive insights into workforce trends and metrics.· Utilize data-driven approaches to assess HR performance, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:· Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.· Proven track record of leadership in HR management, preferably within the growth company and company with employees from different countries and organizational levels.· Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change across all levels of the organization.· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively. Other languages such as Finnish, German or Dutch are seen as a benefit.· Business mindset with a focus on innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.· Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience developing and implementing DEI initiatives.· Proficiency in HRIS platforms, talent management systems, and data analytics tools.· High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.Join us in our mission to accelerate the transition to renewable energy and make a positive impact on the planet and people's lives.
