The Human Resources Director will be responsible for the following: The full HR function including: Compensation and Reward ManagementTalent Acquisition and RetentionHuman Resources DevelopmentBenefits AdministrationEmployee RelationsOrganisational DevelopmentPolicy development and PlanningTransformationEmployment Equity and Diversity Management The Successful Applicant The successful Human Resources Director should have the following: Strong Human Resources experience at a senior management level of at least 7 years Strong Human Resources experience at a director or executive level of at least 5 years Relevant Human Resources qualification such as HR Management, Industrial Psychology or any other post graduate degree relevant A postgraduate leadership or business management related qualification would be highly beneficial Must be results driven and able to manage and lead a large team Must have been at the capacity of overseeing and managing a minimum of 6,500 employees(non negotiable) Must come from a JSE listed business(non negotiable) Must have direct Retail, Business retail, FMCG retail or Banking retail experience(non negotiable) Must have experience at a board level This is an equity position so only open to Black, Coloured and Indian candidates Must be South African Must be happy to be based in Cape Town What's on Offer Attractive salary with share options and incentives
