You will be given full autonomy and accountability to run your campaigns as if they were your own business. This means that you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality, customer service, and renewals. By ensuring that the client receives excellent service, quality leads, and a return on investment, you will be instrumental in the growth and success of the company. What you'll doGenerate quality leads for clientsManage and build a team of Business Development Consultants (BDCs)Recruit top talent to grow the teamBuild strong relationships with clientsUpsell services and expand the company's footprintEnsure accurate campaign data and reportsReport to the Head of OperationsKey outcomes:Recruit and retain 10 BDCs within four months80%+ renewal rate0% campaigns lost due to self-inflictionCompliance with the Campaign Manager Job Roles and Responsibility document What you'll needA minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar roleA bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related fieldProven experience in outbound sales and telemarketing to other businesses (no consumer calls)A solid ability to generate leads and appointmentsA proven track record of focusing on quality over quantity to maximise overall resultsStrong communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships with clientsProven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyExperience in business development and the ability to contribute to overall company strategyStrong analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret campaign metricsThe ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentPersonal attributes:To be a great leader of people with excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and assertivenessTo take pride in your attention to detailTo be a consummate professional who is able to work autonomouslyTo be innovative, resilient, and adaptable, thriving on the challenges aheadTo bring solutions and positivity, and enjoy the work that you do
