As a member of the sales leadership team, you are pivotal for driving the sales agenda and commercial success of this high-level A-brand. You continuously question the status quo and raise the bar for yourself, your team, and others.Objectives: Deliver sales and profitability targets Achieve the highest standards of execution for the brand online and in stores in line with the Selective Distribution Agreement Lead a high-performing and effective team Influence internal and external stakeholders with impact to deliver results Requirements: Previous high-profile account management background (Electro channels preferably) A minimum of 6 years' experience in Key Account Management High level of senior account negotiations & commercial awareness Proven consistent delivery of sales targets Evidence of budget control and forecasting across multiple product lines Fluent in English - French and/or Dutch is a plus Benefits: A Salary of 115K - 135k annually A Company pension plan A Company Fitness plan Employee Assistance Programme Commuting allowance; a Lease Car Contact:Are you the Head of Key Accounts Benelux we are looking for?
