Industrial Relations Advisor Due to continued growth across Australia, Georgiou is seeking an Industrial relations advisor to join the business for a challenging and rewarding role. You will play a multifaceted role, combining expertise in Labor relations, negotiation, conflict resolution, and compliance to support the successful completion of projects while fostering positive relationships among all stakeholders. - Proven experience in the mediation in conflicts and grievances between employers, employees, and unions, promoting peaceful resolutions to disputes
- 4+ years’ experience in IR/ER in Construction/Mining or heavy industry
- Provide IR advice including interpretation of relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements in relation to blue collar and white-collar workforce
- Develop relationships with Project leaders and relevant external stakeholders
