Program Management Office Lead

PMO Lead Initially 6 months contract with a great possibility of extension (up to £550 per day, Outside IR35) Remote (Ad hoc travel to client's UK office) We are currently working with a global pharmaceutical company with a major global presence. They are in need of a PMO Lead to support migration to OMP , the new Advanced Planning System (APS) which is part of their Global Planning Transformation programme. The Global Planning Transformation Programme is part of the operations 2025 strategy and covers their end-to-end supply chains across the global supply network and truly aligns with the vision of a synchronised patient centric supply chain. This will enable them to respond rapidly to increasing business needs and deliver competitive advantage through the generation of the new planning operating model capability. The end result, is that supply chains will be synchronized from node to node (site to site) with clear and real-time visibilities. The PMO lead will drive the governance process, support team coordination, and support the Programme Director to ensure the project delivery. The role can support any stage in the project life cycle and will usually remain engaged throughout the project to ensure delivery to time, cost and quality. Skills and Experience:

• Must have worked on large enterprise wide programmes
• Strong PMO experience in project and programme management
• Ability to multitask and challenge the workstream to support the delivery of their plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Desirable that you have supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Strong personality, Team player, Proactive and self managing
