  • Manage a high scale B2B inside sales machine, developing strategies, systems, building the team, plan and lead the goal of adding R$ 120M+ revenue in 12 months with high volume pix solutions.
  • Cooperate with leaders of the entire sales cycle, from marketing to implementation and retention, understanding all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure and analyze sales statistics and formulate sales strategies to determine and achieve desired growth;
  • Design, develop and implement sales plan to achieve goals and improve sales operations as well as hire, train and manage sales team to become experts of the entire selling process in order to improve productivity and performance;
  • Partner with technical and account management teams in order to provide top end-to-end service and report on the status of sales processes or implementation regarding both existing and potential customers;
  • Create offers and make presentations with deep product understanding, supporting our team with and strong negotiation skills building solutions for our team and clients.
Requirements: 6+ years in Leading , Successfully, B2B Sales Machines, in tech or finance. Strong Project Management skills and ability to establish strong relationships in order to support multiple initiatives, conduct negotiations and a high volume business processes; Outstanding persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skills. It would be a plus if you have: Previous strong experience on tech product, as pré or post sales engineering; Business focused and goal-oriented mindset; Technical background on financial products; Strategic, resilient and analytical thinking; Fluency in English
