- We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Architectural Designer to join our growing team.
- You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and design drawings to support our architectural projects.
- Develop and refine 3D architectural models from concept sketches and 2D drawings
- Create high-quality renderings using Vray for presentations, client approvals, and marketing materials
- Prepare detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure designs meet project requirements and adhere to building codes
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on architectural concepts
- Stay up-to-date on the latest 3D modeling and rendering software (Sketchup, Vray)
- Maintain a strong understanding of Site Inspection & Evaluation (SIE) principles
- 3-4 years of experience as a 3D Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proven ability to create high-quality 3D models and renderings using Sketchup and Vray
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods
- Excellent drafting skills and experience with design drawing software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Knowledge of Site Inspection & Evaluation (SIE) processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs
- Strong knowledge of design tools e.g: Revit, sketchup & Vray etc
