- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and oversee a sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and report on key metrics.
- Foster relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts or deals.
- Identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management and support staff.
- Manage and optimize administrative processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle budgeting and financial aspects related to sales and administration.
- Develop and maintain efficient record-keeping and filing systems.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Implement customer feedback and suggestions to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align efforts and strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales performance and administrative activities.

- Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and training to team members.
- Set and communicate clear expectations and performance standards.
- Bachelor's degree (16 Years) in business administration, sales, or a related field. Master's degree may be preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, administrative leadership, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in Foreign Education Student Consultancy will be Preferred.
