Job Summary We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented analysts to join our team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing stock exchange notices of director transactions. Your primary focus will be conducting thorough research on each transaction and determining any contextual factors that may influence the deal's significance, such as mergers, takeovers, company schemes, new issues, etc. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of corporate filings from listed companies to identify pertinent insider trading data, contextualizing it within the company's scenario, situation, and adherence to corporate governance rules.
- Utilize research findings to accurately extract relevant information and categorize them within our proprietary database software.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance the precision and quality of our data, ensuring its integrity and reliability.
- Assist in the maintenance of existing databases and contribute to the development of new databases containing proprietary information vital to our research objective

- Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Stats, Accounting, Economics or related.)
- 0 - 1 Year Experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent knowledge of PC, Internet, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent in English (Both Written and Spoken)
- Exceptionally good with numbers, solving problems, and familiar with the workings of the investment, equities, and stock market
