Job Description

To help our business generate revenue, we are searching for a motivated telesales representative. You will be in charge of keeping positive client relations and completing sales transactions over the phone. A successful telesales representative needs to have outstanding people skills and be a great communicator. You must be at ease handling inquiries and complaints as well as offering goods and services over the phone. The objective is to support the company's growth by attracting clients and cultivating business. Job Roles and Responsibilities : Use scripts to get in touch with current or new clients to tell them about a product or service.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the goods or the business.
  • Inquire to learn about the needs of the client and clinch deals.
  • When necessary, refer prospects to the field sales team.
  • Update and enter client data in the database.
  • Receive and handle orders accurately.
  • Resolve complaints to protect the company's reputation. Go above and beyond to reach sales targets. Create opportunities for future sales.
  • Maintain call and sales logs, and make notes on important details.

Job Requirements

  • A track record of exceeding sales targets, ideally over the phone, as a telesales representative or in another sales or customer service position for minimum 1 year
  • Good familiarity with pertinent phone systems and computer tools, such as CRM software
  • Capacity to get knowledgeable about goods and services and counsel potential customers.
  • Outstanding command of the English language Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Calm under pressure and able to take criticism
  • Target to make 180 Daily Calls
  • Exceptional negotiating abilities with the capacity to settle disputes and handle grievances
  • High school graduation; a BSc or BA will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of CRM such as Odoo , Hubspot will be preferred.
  • Follow up with the prospects for Lead Nurturing and Converting into Customer.
