  • Collections for RISQ Asia Pacific
    • Follow up for payments
    • Ensuring client response within stipulated time.
    • Effective escalation of client queries.
    • Resolving client queries through Calls / Emails.

  • Are comfortable with meeting daily work goals with a high degree of accuracy
  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skills
  • Have the skills to work independently to follow directions as established by company or customer
  • Are energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Are a team player with the ability to work with a wide variety of people in local and remote locations
This Is What We're Looking For :
  • College graduate/undergraduate
  • Collection’s background experience of at least 1 years in B2B collections, preferred, but not required
  • Excellent English Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
  • Confidence in dealing with clients offshore
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to focus on multiple assignments on a given time
  • Team oriented person
  • Above average English communication skills (Written and Oral)
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Available to start in April / May 2024
  • No suspension in the last 6 months
  • Not more than 3 critical errors in the last 6 months (no active CAP written warning on file)
  • No attendance issues (no active written warning on file) and zero instance of No Call/No Show
  • Must have a performance rating of at least 2.0/Successful in the most recent performance review
  • Must have at least 1 year tenure in his/her current role (if applicant is from a different department) or at least 6 months tenure if coming from the same department/LOB.
Employment Type : This is a full-time probationary position for 3 months. Confirmation to permanent role will be dependent on the employee’s performance. Selected candidate will be assigned in the day shift (APAC hours).
