Job Description Summary The FP&A Centre of Excellence (COE) provides essential Financial Planning and Analysis support to the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics Business, a $2BN+ Revenue Segment of GE HealthCare. As a member of the COE, you will provide financial business partnering in support of our Regions, Functions and Product Lines in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn the business and participate in business-wide projects and initiatives to further your development. Job Description Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide financial business partnering, working closely with Region, Function or Product Line stakeholders to build forecasts, understand actual performance, and support decision making through data and analysis.
  • Support the organization in driving standard work, automation and digitization of finance processes.
  • Own the Forecasting and Financial Close cycles, providing financial stewardship and maintaining consistent and effective procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting across teams spanning multiple regions and legal entities.
  • Comply with local and US GAAP reporting requirements, as well as internal GE HealthCare policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • This position is open to internal and external candidates
  • 5 years of progressive finance experience
  • Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
  • Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Qliksense. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup etc).
  • Self-motivated, high energy individual
  • Proven communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven financial leadership in supporting business decisions through financial analysis
  • Experience working with remote managers and teams
