We will count on you to:
  • Servicing and development of Global Inward clients. Responsible for all aspects of service delivery to the client.
  • Ensure successful renewal of insurance contracts including preparing client renewal presentations, renewal meetings with client and liaison with local insurance markets.
  • Oversight of difficult and/or complex & complicated claims.
  • Accountability for achieving renewal, expanded & new business budgets.
  • Cross Sell to other Marsh Divisions
  • Liaison with placement team in respect of placement of local covers.
  • Review of Global and Local policy wordings.
  • Comply with Marsh Professional Standards
  • Comply with procedures relating to errors and omissions
  • Ensure compliance with acts / regulations relating to insurance
  • Working with Marsh overseas offices
What you need to have:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in short term insurance
  • FAIS and CPD compliant
  • Diploma in Insurance or commenced studying towards AIISA an advantage
  • Insurer relationships an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Awareness of Clients’ business and their business issues
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
