Specialist Architect

Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Architect for an MNC. You will play a key role in driving and implementing program level architectural solutions that align with the business requirements. You will be instrumental in selecting the most fitting technology to achieve optimal business outcomes such as reducing complexity and enhancing organizational agility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's current systems and applications to understand their functionalities and data flows. Identify opportunities for improvement within the technology ecosystem.
• Evaluate the existing system architecture and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Outline a clear roadmap for architectural improvements and propose tangible actions for execution.
• Conduct Enterprise Architecture reviews of design documentation and target state architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and to find opportunities to streamline business processes.

Key Qualifications

• Proven End to End architecture experience with a MNC in multiple areas such as Application, Integration, Data, Cloud etc.
• Extensive architecture expertise, showcasing the capability to autonomously recommend solutions, assess existing solutions, and offer guidance for architectural improvements. Proven experience influencing critical decision-makers within a large, cross-functional team environment.
• Ideally, possess experience in formulating target architectures and developing roadmaps.
• Proficient in engaging in both technical and business discussions with senior management.
• Adept at balancing the long-term and short-term implications of architecture decisions.
• Previous track record in delivering strategies, roadmaps, reference architecture, and standards; with experience in developing business cases.
• Highly preferable to have experience with TOGAF or an equivalent methodology and associated tools.
