Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 10/24/2023 · Support in the execution of the talent acquisition policy, procedures andstrategy in line with organization’s manpower strategy, objectives and futuregrowth plans · Partner with line managers and business leaders to fulfill their quarterly andannual staffing needs as per the approved manpower plan and budget for thefinancial year · Work closely with hiringmanagers to adequately understand the requirements and expectations of thepositions, create job requisitions and discuss and establish a specific plan ofaction to meet recruitment objectives · Network with, and access the pool of top candidates through various sourcingoutlets like social media, professional associations, job boards, professionalnetworking sites, job fairs, university campuses, etc. · Utilize appropriaterecruitment and selection methods including psychometric tests, aptitude tests,personality profiling, competency based interviews, etc. to select the mostsuitable candidates for the given positions · Support in the administration of the entire recruitment and selection processfrom initial screening to facilitating all rounds of interviews, collating andanalyzing feedback and assessments and negotiation with selected candidates · Support in providing a highly engaging and positive experience to candidatesthrough all recruitment and selection touch points ensuring effectivecommunication and support from first interaction point till on-boarding andassimilation stage · Create strong talentpipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs · Participate in organizing and implementing recruitment s campaigns, events andjob fairs at various locations with a goal of networking and relationshipbuilding with potential candidate communities · Keepabreast with latest industry trends, competitor practices, and recruitmentstandards · Complete all pre-screening and post screening formalities including backgroundverification, reference checks, etc. documenting all paperwork in line with theHR policies and guidelines · Facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new employees · Contribute to talent acquisition process improvement through innovative andcost-effective ideas and suggestions · Prepare and generate weekly report

Requirements

· Minimum: 5+ years of professional recruiting experience in asimilar industry · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology,Business, or related field or equivalent · Professional certification in Recruitment andSelection from a recognized body Planning and organizing In-depth knowledge of recruitment and selectiontools and methods Building and managing relations BehavioralIntermediate Project management Functional Intermediate Customer / Client focus Behavioral Intermediate Creativity and innovation Behavioral Intermediate Communicatingand influencing Negotiation Project management Creativity and innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr
