Hr Manager - Esoul (Pvt.) Limited, Pakistan - Looking after Recruitment & Selection process specifically for IT Professionals- Conducting Orientation program for new employees- Getting continuous feedback on employee performance through team leads/managers onregular basis and conducting Performance Review Sessions- Looking after employee payroll, compensation and benefits- Coordinating with teams as liaison for different projects- Handling employee grievances.- Formulating HR policies and strategies while closely working with the Management- Maintaining employee files and documents Job Specification - A degree in HR or Business Administration- Sound knowledge of HRM and HR best practices- Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written)- Must have excellent interpersonal and people management skills- Positive attitude and good learning abilities- Motivated and ambitious to make a career in Human Resources- Good MS Office and basic computing skills.
