Job details
1. Lead the creative pitching process by collaborating with the copywriting team to develop innovative and compelling pitch concepts2. Review and approve all content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines3. Drive the development of concepts, content assets, and creative solutions that align with the defined strategy and resonate with the target audience4. Brainstorm with the team to generate innovative and effective ideas for briefs and pitches, adding valuable insights and creative concept5. Proactively assess the creative process to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize efficiency6. Lead the creative team in the timely execution of ideas and concepts, translating them into innovative content7. Vet and approve the final output and client presentations 8. Act as the ultimate POC for high-priority escalations9. Ensure that all content materials are error-free, engaging, and aligned with the brand's objectives10. Update resource planning basis quarterly FTE and utilization mapping PRB
