:- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer :- 2-3 years :- Pune, MaharashtraPosition Type:- Full-timeShift:- 10:00 AM to 07:00 PMThe role of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM specialist is indispensable within our organization, as it encompasses the vital tasks of implementing, customizing, and integrating the CRM system to align with our unique business needs. This position holds significant importance in enhancing customer relationship management initiatives and harnessing data insights to drive strategic decision-making processes :-- .Net, HTML, C#, CSS and javascript- Dynamics 365 CRM Customizations & Development- Power Platform Development Experience- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering :-- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements, including security, entities, forms, workflows and plugins- Develop and deploy plugins, workflows and web resources to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE- Working with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM system-Manage CRM solution deployments and updates- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations within the CRM system- Train end-users on the effective use of Dynamics CRM features and functionalities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of CRM customizations- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CRM solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution- Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology and recommend best practices for system optimization- Document technical specifications, process flows, and system configurations as needed & :-- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, & CSS- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE customization & configuration, including entities, forms, workflows and plugins- Experience working across modules such as Sales and Service within Dynamics CRM- Knowledge of CRM best practices, methodologies, and design patterns- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Effective communication and collaboration abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification(s) is a plusShare CV on hr@cloudywave.com#microsoft365 #microsoftdynamics365 #microsoftdynamicscrm #microsoftdynamics #openfornewopportunities #hiringalert #punejobs #lookingforjobchange #opentowork PRB
