RESPONSIBILITIES: • Partner with global product management, engineering, and operations leaders to help shape technical product architecture & practices, roadmap, and release plans. • Drive strategic and tactical decisions which ensure the successful delivery of projects. • Mentor and guide high-performing engineering teams. Deliver applications that are adaptable to multifaceted business needs and influence ideation. • Participate and provide inputs on technology standards and policies, continuous process improvements. • Self-motivated with a desire to mentor a team and the ability to drive the team to accomplish high-quality deliverables. • Leadership and management of the engineering team including resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management. • Nurture innovation • Should have the ability to multitask across different areas. • Demonstrates good collaboration, presentation, and communication skills. • Mentor and help grow a team of talented developers. • Explores opportunities for improvements across people, process, and technology. Experience • Education: o Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. o Master's degree is desirable. • Professional Background: o Around 18 years of experience. o Specialized in Mobile App design and development, with a focus spanning at least 7 years. • Technical Expertise: o Extensive proficiency in Mobile Technologies, including:
