As a strategy, we continuously invest in creating innovative products and platforms to stay ahead of the curve and create value for our customersWe are looking for a seasoned and high performing professional who will be responsible for the Cloud Practice and collaborate with Sales to grow this practice. Key responsibilities are ( but not limited to): · Develop, Lead, and execute key growth strategies, tactics and action plans to further grow and enhance our Cloud Practice· Deep understanding of the Cloud domain both from an application and infra perspective· Experience with cloud solutions from AWS services (EC2, VPC), Azure, GCP, VMware vCloud Suite, and others· Experience with automation tools such as Chef, CFEngine, Ansible, Bcfg2, and/or Puppet· Cloud certifications such as CompTIA Cloud+, AWS, Cloud Security Alliance / CCSK, Salesforce.com, Red Hat, Google, VMware· Manage some of the existing Cloud delivery for customers· Provide technical leadership and solutioning to sales / delivery teams on a highly scalable distributed (or cloud-based) solution· Establishing collaborative communities to leverage best practices across the team, provide insights to tools/offerings, deliver training, communicate Executive messages· Responsible for creating innovative and a differentiated proposition for Cloud.· Build relevant partnerships with Cloud vendors· Coach sales team on how to sell cloud and participate with them in customer opportunities.· Work collaboratively with the Sales, pre-sales and marketing teams to deliver proposals and solutions to prospect/customers Required skill/knowledge / experience :· 15+ yrs of solutioning and delivery experience with atleast 3+ years in the Cloud· Should have played an architecture and solutioning role in Cloud in the past· Experience of working with Global stakeholders· Demonstrable experience in leading Cloud team, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable Solutions· Experience in building and nurturing relationships with capability to leverage these to build the business· Good experience and understanding of the global delivery models and capability to engage with global teams in different time zones.· Excellent listening, negotiation, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills· Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask· A mature and professional individual who is self-motivated and passionate about Cloud PRB
