Roles and ResposibilitiesBring in strong business process knowledge on EWM processes and integration with cross modules like Production Planning, Material Management, Quality Management and SCMBuild global EWM template and proposes process improvement plansEnsures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirementsModelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations custom developments.Coordinating with business, AsIsToBe, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, golive and post golive activities.Facilitate implementation and support of SAP S4 Hana and S4 Hana Warehouse Management Innovation including seamless integration between warehouse management production, visibility control of stocks, Fiori Apps and Warehouse KPIs Operations. Bring in expert knowledge of warehouse management including basic warehouse management and advanced warehouse management processes. Strong cross functional leadership by bringing people together to gather relevant business requirements with the ability to look at the end to end processes and understand how the processes integrate in the SAP S4 HANA product architecture. Develop monitor update and communicate SAP development plan, Integration Plan and Governance modelCommunicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team adoption of Agile methodology Ensure effective communication to all stake holders Business, PMO office, Client Partner etc. from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective Hold regular project portfolio Integration meetings, ensure all developments follow standards Govern risks imposed by Cross Application projects that affects SAP project portfolio Must HaveKnowledge Expertise in configuration and implementation of EWM inbound outbound processing, stock management, physical inventory management, production integration, replenishment scrappingBring in ability to review the Warehouse Management processes and provide recommendations on process improvements using SAP S4HANA and conduct fit gap analysis 10+ years of experience within Extend Warehouse Management Minimum 3+ year of SAP S4 HANA implementation experienceConversant with SAP Fiori apps, Workflows Experience with cutover and data migration activities. Experience of project execution through Agile methodologyGood cooperation skills and able to work crosscapability with a mix of internal and external consultants Good To Have Working knowledge on Conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S4HANA is a plus Experience in Manufacturing industry would be an added advantage EWM certification will be an asset Worked extensively with Customer in driving Testing, Cutover Activities Domain experience in aero process Manufacturing industry PRB
