Come, be a part of our exciting journey!Are you the one we are looking for?Inviting applications for the role of Ocean Freight Planner This role is created to coordinate on daily basics ocean & airfreight logistics operations for global container deliveries from/to Europe with contacts with internal and external stakeholders. On this role employee will be also responsible for cooperation with shipping lines/forwarders in terms of ocean and airfreight ocean invoice verification.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for coordination of global ocean/airfreight logistics operationsInteraction with/ first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in daily logistics operationsCollecting transport details and gathering documentsResponsible for fulfillment export activities (like ocean documentation requirements after container loading)Order / shipment creation for import and shipment creation for exportResponsible for Ocean payment process, Cost verification and InvoicingDispute resolution in ocean transportation of rejected invoices and checking statements of account.Responsible for additional inland cost verification for realized trans businesses portsResponsible to improve KPI for given logistics targets and looking for improvements to achieve better results where it is possible. Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Skill setsMasters degree in logistics Experience in logistics for minimum 1-2 YearsStrong communication skills in EnglishGood stakeholder management abilityProactive and self driven individual who can lead issues to resolutionPreferred Qualifications/ SkillsCustomer Service and teamwork mindset required.Good Excel knowledge required.Ability to work under pressure, Independent in operations. Manage well tasks and monitor deadlines.
