We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of TJX associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio.As a SharePoint Product Owner within our Enterprise Desktop and Collaboration Services (EDCS) team, you will be responsible for achieving operational excellence through new feature and process development within our TJX Collaboration systems. This role will be critical for the continuous improvement, feature development, and secure delivery of high business value collaboration tools at TJX. You will use your Microsoft 365 expertise to shape technical proposals, design and implement new solutions, and deliver large transformational programs for TJX.What you will need:We seek creative, customer-focused individuals with technical expertise and a mindset for continuous improvement. We rethink how software and infrastructure are delivered at cloud scale and work closely with other teams to improve key services.Must Haves - these should be qualification that are required/essential to perform the basic core requirements of the role)Broad knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform with subject matter expertise in administration of Microsoft SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft TeamsProduct/Domain knowledge that guides, informs, and provides insight on what product enhancements, maintenance and efficiencies/remediation are needed for SharePoint OnlineExperience leading the delivery of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions in a large global organization practicing Agile project delivery.Skilled in SAFe principles, Kanban, and Scrum including embracing agile principles and applying lean agile mindsetNice to Haves these should be qualifications that would cause a candidate to stand out, this will improve content, not be a wish list for a unicorn)Experience identifying and implementing operational process improvements as it relates to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint OnlineHistory of preparing and updating standard operating procedures and work instructions for support organizations that will support our product.Strong team player with a focus on customer experience.Responsibilities:Leading projects to further secure the TJX Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environment.Identify improvements to TJX Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environment based on experience and industry expertise.Partner with other areas within IT to deliver overall improvements to TJX's operational processes and end-user experience.Author architectural and operational handbooks for documentation and transferring operations from Engineering to Operational teams.Identify methods to monitor and improve service stability through the reduction of incidents and service disruptions.Maintain expert knowledge in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online changes and industry news.Consult on design approaches for solving visible and complex business problems. Provides input into design best practice methodologies and standards. Defines standards for specific processes and / or components.Use of metrics to assess team progress and areas for improvement.Contributor to the Vision, Roadmap and ROI; ensures the teams backlog aligns to the roadmap.Acts as the Customer for the Teams including being the liaison between the business and the team.Product decision maker including Functional and NFRs; accepts User Stories and Iteration IncrementsDrives Iteration Goals and content via prioritized user stories.Special projects as assigned.Requirements:Expertise in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online systemsExtensive experience interpreting functional needs and writing or editing solution designs for new systems, systems changes or system enhancements.Previous experience in the design phase of complex SharePoint Online projectsTechnology design experience which includes Performance, Security, Availability, as well as Operations, Monitoring and Support.Solid functional understanding of the business processes and systems that benefit from effective messaging and collaboration tools.Strong consulting, leading and mentoring skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills and written communication skills to frequently interact with all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to effectively work within cross functional project teams that span multiple time-zones.Ability to understand the big picture and the short term perspectives of specific situations.Ability to influence others to achieve results.Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle and DevOps.Ability to alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities.
