Role - Medical Team TrainerLocation - WeWork Chromium, Powai, MumbaiNote: This is a full time in office role; Roles and Responsibilities: The concerned person will be acting as trainer for all the medical team - doctors as well as trainers. The responsibilities include: Conduct onboarding training for new joinees in the medical teamReview the performance of doctors and pharmacists, analyse the bottlenecks and identify improvement opportunitiesHelp in designing teleconsultation process, identify the challenges and improvement areasDevelop training strategies for pharmacists and doctors, and improving their teleconsultation performanceMaintain the performance data for the team, analyse the data, estimate the targets and help the team achieve them through quality improvement by training.Handhold candidates during the probation period as well as PIP period Plan and strategize different methods/approaches to increase the engagement of the doctors and other healthcare professionals with the platformKeep updated with the legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmacy sector and keep the medical team updated about the sameRequirementsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsPast experience in sales training is desiredGood organisational and time management skills and attention to detailGood knowledge and application skill on MS Excel + powerpointGood to have knowledge about pharmaceutical industryQualification RequiredMinimum undergraduateEducation in the field of medicine or fields related to medicine will be preferredMin 2 years of experience as a trainer in corporate setupAt Truemeds, our mission is "to make healthcare affordable and accessible to all".No one should have to choose between their health and their healthcare costs.
