Job Title: Consultant - Bus. Proc Mgmt.Location: Bangalore/Pune (3 days onsite)Shift: 13.30 to 10.30 PM ISTInterview Availability: Mon-Fri, flexible 12 PM to 2 PM (2rounds)Project OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading process improvement projects and interact with internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives. The Process Optimization team is responsible for breaking down the end to end process to identify/discover automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation road-maps. This role creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes. Typically, would have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.Role:Identify, Optimization Opportunities using internal data and work with stakeholders and automation team to execute the ideas.Task & ResponsibilitiesCarries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impactMay have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior ManagementAble to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employeesMay manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areasLiaise with Development team(s) ensuring schedule, milestones are on trackDelivers a work product that requires less revisionAble to facilitate discussions and reach decisionsQualification: BachelorsExperience: Level 25-7 years of experience in BFSI of which at least 3 years in driving Lean Six Sigma projects.Having experience of working with software development team would be advantage for this roleMandate SkillLean Six Sigma Black Belt certificationMore technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other areas.Excellent oral and written communication skills are requiredIn-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is requiredHighly flexible and adaptable to changeCarries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impactAble to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employeesNice to have:Project ManagementData Analytics/Strong logical reasoningTracking & Status reporting to key stakeholder and immediate manager using Azure DevOps PRB
