Role: Manager - Digital Brand Sales (Ad-Sales) North Experience: 3-6 years Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi Job Description:As a Manager - Digital Brand Sales (Ad-Sales), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through advertising, performance marketing, and other brand-related monetization channels in the respective region. Candidates coming from an Ad Sales work experience with Digital Ad Tech companies, networks, or similar organizations but with in-depth knowledge and experience of performance ad sales (in app or web) will be an added advantage.Work closely with Advertising Agency and brand stakeholders to ensure business opportunities for Rooter. Opening new business opportunities across India and selling ad inventories for the productMonetize the app & Revenue generationThe primary objective of this role is to drive online media sales with the goal of increasing revenue and establishing brand position among online advertisersCreate content partnerships (Across Gaming and Esports Companies)Pitch, close and manage deals with major brand advertisersSelling the Inventory and improving the yieldBuild, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue monthlyResponsibilities:Work closely with the key accounts in the key digital advertising agencies and clients to ensure following:1. Selling / pitching advertising solutions - Advertising Solutions2. Working closely with Operations and Brand solutions team3. Drive revenues with the key Advertising agencies and clients4. Ensure proper coordination for timely deliveries5. Identifying the market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels6. Analyze and produce reports for management7. Connect with existing and potential clients to build and maintain positive relationships8. Research and identify new business opportunitiesJob Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience. An MBA is considered a plusMinimum of 3-7 years experience in Ad sales (preferably Digital) with any advertising company/ad network/publisher/ad-tech company with a track record of successfully managing client relations, negotiating and closing dealsMust have a strong relationships with Advertising agencies and clientsSkill set must include fluency in solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc.Fluency with online advertising sales, pricing, inventory control, brand-building initiatives, promotion, and planningHave the ability and willingness to prospect, cold call, negotiate, and close dealsHave a sound understanding of current online advertising trends and various advertising metricsAbout RooterRooter is India's leading game streaming and esports content platform (#1 Sports app on the Google Play Store since Oct-20).
