This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving organizational culture and performance through effective human resource management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-quality talent.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.Nurture a positive working environment by organizing team-building activities and initiatives.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Qualifications:Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.People-oriented and results-driven.Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA or Masters in HR is a plus.What We Offer:A competitive salary package A chance to be a part of a growing company that values sustainability and quality.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.A positive and inclusive work environment where every employee feels valued and engaged.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their application, including a resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for this role, through or directly to our careers email address.
