Our teams are developing services, tools, and processes to support other Motorola Solutions' engineering teams as well as deliver solutions to our customers. You will be working on a high-velocity, results-oriented team that leverages cutting-edge technologies and techniques. The right individual will be motivated and will have a passion for automation, deployment processes and enabling innovation. Your efforts will help to shape the engineering culture and best practices across Motorola Solutions' Software Enterprise organization.Job DescriptionRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in CS or E&CTotal 6-8 Years of Experience in development of tools and scriptsSolid coding and service development skills, with experience in at least one of the following toolsets or languages: CoreJava, Springboot, microservices.Exposure to Telecom protocols such as SIP, RTP/RTCP and Networking protocols.Knowledge of packet analysers (like wireShark, tcpdump etc) is an advantage.Analyse, design and develop tests and test-automation suites. Test software development methodology in an agile environment.Strong JavaScript and HTTP fundamentals and exposure to SOAP/REST.Experience with tools development which are robust to handle high CPS network traffic.Develop quality scalable, tested and reliable applications using industry best practicesAbility to work in a fast paced, evolving, growing and agile environment.Strong level of curiosity and interest to learn. Innovative thinking and R&D mindset.Familiarity with Public Safety systems is a plus.Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to team members.Self motivated and able to maintain focus in a pressured environment.Provide Identity and access management advisory, solution architecture, and consulting to internal projects of varying size.Automation Framework development experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree in CS or E&C6+ years of relevant work experience.Work location-Bangalore.Hybrid model (3 days working from office).Soft Skill Requirements:- Very Good team player.- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.- Highly self-motivated.
