Scrum Master

Overall 10+ years of exp, with 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role for a team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the internal gaps left in the Scrum approach.Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paring, Automated Testing, Agile games.Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear sprint performance standards, resolve sprint performance issues, keep team engaged and on task.Experience building scrum teams from the ground up.Self-starter with the ability to balance many tasks with changing priorities. Proven ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and successfully prioritize workStrong decision-making skills. Able to analyse different options and make a clear recommendation.Excellent communication and mentoring skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for working in highly collaborative environments.Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to quickly adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills.A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's successCritical thinker and excellent problem-solving skillsExperience in banking-related projects would be an advantage.Exposure to Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps Boards, JIRA.Knowledge of data management and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
