We are looking for a marketing professional who is keen to build India's foremost manufacturing services brand and be a part of the team to realize the vision for #MakeInIndia together.Job Description - (NPD-Estimations)Estimations : Experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Estimating, planning, scheduling, estimating and other areas of project controls in a manufacturing environment.Price Monitoring: Monitor estimated versus actual costs - taking corrective actions if necessary. Assist in preparing cost data for the proposal. Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards,Cost Optimization : Work with suppliers on ways to reduce BOM costs to improve overall profitability & cash flow of the business. Analyze pricing and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.Develop an understanding of the strategic direction set by the organization and develop methodologies to monitor the same.Manufacturing Management : Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and working processes. Understanding of manufacturing constraints and pass on specific boundary conditions to help with efficient project executionEffective Communication with stakeholders. Managing information regarding project status, highlighting issues and potential risks.Compliance - Ensure compliance across all stakeholders with regard to processes & regulatory policiesRequirementsBE/Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringMin. 4-5 years of experience in Estimations/NPD in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge and experience in ISO‐9001, and AS9100 requirementsBackground knowledge in Engineering (fabrications, mechanical, electrical,etc.).Should have knowledge about should costing and zero based costing.
