IT TIER 2 AdministratorReports to: IT ManagerTerm: PermanentLocation: Onsite, HyderabadRole OverviewThe IT TIER 2 Administrator will be responsible for overseeing systems uptime from a technicalsupport standpoint. He or she will be managing different applications that supports our day-todayoperation. In some instances, there must be coordinated efforts with our technical teamsin our Los Angeles headquarters, and Asia/Europe offices.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport, maintain and management of the following applications. Not limited to the listed since it will depend on the business need to add/remove if needed.Software Packaging/DeploymentVDI managementmacOS enterprise managementAntivirus console administrationMFAExchange/O365 managementSupport the production and back-office areas, ensuring 24/7 systems uptime for all users.Supporting in-house Microsoft Windows, based software as well as client-based systems.Participation, including assuming the role of overall IT point of contact with clients on conference calls and face-to-face meetings.Act as escalation point of contact with occasional 24/7 on-call support for major outages and client supportActive Directory Management & cleanupInternal / External Audits - Remediation actions.Login ScriptsPAC File administration management & maintenanceSoftware Testing for different clients.Be knowledgeable on new/improving tech solutions. Organizational enhancement/development and be able to provide feedback/report to upper managementQualifications5+ years' experience as an IT professional/EngineerStrong customer service skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong documentation and solutions delivery experience.Experience in companies >1000 staff.Experience in BPO and/or service provider companies with multiple locations a plus.Extensive experience in Windows-based software systems such as Active Directory, Office365/Exchange, Server, etc.Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.Use written and verbal communication skills to present department plans, feedback, goals, and activities to individuals and groups throughout the organization.Supporting in-house Microsoft Windows, based software as well as client-based systems.Basics of networking (routing and switching): Understanding the fundamentals and how is being applied at a LAN level or WAN.Verifiable experience in the following areasSCCM or Software packaging and deployment tool.VDIActive Directory management.
