Thisstrategic initiative involves co-curating a suite of new products and solutions tailored for the GCCs, leveraging ServiceNow'scutting-edge capabilities. The establishment of NOW Centres of Excellence (COEs) in GCCs is a key highlight, comprisingConsulting and Staff Augmentation Services dedicated to accelerating the setup of these COEs.To accelerate the setup of NOW COEs in GCCs, ANSR will be providing advisory and consulting services to build acomprehensive business and roadmap for establishing a successful SN COE at the GCCANSR is introducing staff augmentation services for GCCs in India, ensuring flexible capacity and rapid resourcedeployment. This initiative aims to accelerate project delivery and meet dynamic demands efficiently.Furthermore, ANSR is committed to building a workforce of high-quality, NOW-trained employees specifically for theNOW COEs in GCCs, providing skilled professionals.In addition to this, as an internal initiative, ANSR is re-platforming its service delivery to the NOW platform,consolidating the entire service portfolio on NOW.This strategic shift ensures a connected end-to-end experience for customers, optimizing efficiency and elevating theoverall service quality.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you willbe responsible for the configuration, administration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform to ensure optimalperformance and alignment with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements,implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective utilization of ServiceNow across the organization.Role and Responsibilities:Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and configurations.Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, and workflows to support business processesand requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions that leverageServiceNow capabilities effectively.Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, such as LDAP, Active Directory, andthird-party applications.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the stability,security, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, andtroubleshooting problems related to ServiceNow functionality.Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, technical specifications, and user guides, tosupport training and knowledge sharing.Stay current with ServiceNow releases, updates, and best practices, and evaluate new features for potentialimplementation.Participate in change management processes, including reviewing and testing updates, patches, and enhancementsto the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to supportServiceNow-related initiatives and projects.Experience and Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role.Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.Experience with ServiceNow administration tasks, such as user management, security configurations, and systemmaintenance.Familiarity with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, for customizing ServiceNow solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.Educational Qualification:Bachelor degree in Computer Science engineering or certification in related fields ATS
