We are looking for Immediate Joiners for Fashion, Lifestyle, Jewelry Industry.Job Description The Video Team Manager is a professional specialized in managing shootings and the processing of image editing and ensuring high quality photo in order to attract photographer the best matches you needs, it is very important to manage the work on the set or studio and technical availability in photographic equipment and photo manipulating software.Key Result AreasTake the brief to understand specifications and work closely with our art team to develop the conceptCapture and process images until you achieve desired resultsDirect models for the poses, mood and overall feel of the product shotsConstantly improve image quality using various editing methodsUse and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specificationsEnsure that all photo equipment is looked after and stored away correctlyArchive photographic images and maintain databaseKeep abreast of photographic best practices and proceduresSuggesting innovative ideas regarding lighting and shooting techniquesExperience with studio lighting and digital lab equipment preferred.Functional CompetenciesForms, shape"size exclusion" "depth imaging" "texture artist" line"colour matching"Ability to form new concepts for each product shoot."photo editing", photo shop, photography Creative and artistic skills.Behavioral CompetenciesAbility to think creatively and strategically and demonstrate OriginalityDetail-oriented and efficient, committed to timely deliveryTeam-playerGood Communication SkillEffective Internal and External stakeholder managementWork Experience6 to 8 Years relevant experience of working in fashion, lifestyle, Jewellery, Previous experience as a photographer (with a portfolio)NOTE- Interested Candidates can share their CV , Portfolio(Mandatory) & below details to ajjiith@giva.coEXP-CTC-TAKE HOME SALARY-E.CTC-NP- PRB
