Onsite Job.Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to play key role in generating leads from our one-of-a-kind Mechanical Product launched recently. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Mechanical field with hands-on experience in Mechanical Tools and understand mechanical terminologies. The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive lead generation in the local market. Job Duties and Responsibilities:· Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, key industry players, and market trends within Valsad district.· Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and drive engagement.· Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, industry influencers, and potential customers to enhance brand visibility.· Collaboration: Work closely with the product teams to ensure seamless handover of leads and support the overall sales process.· Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of marketing outputs and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.· Timely business forecast reporting to leadership  Required Qualifications:· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.· Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation.· Technical Knowledge: Background in the Mechanical field with practical experience in Mechanical Tools preferred.· Local Exposure: Familiarity with the Valsad district and a proven track record of successful local market reach.. Working Conditions:· Location: Valsad, Gujarat.· Transportation: Must own a vehicle for local travel.Compensation and benefits:Selected candidate will be provided with fixed and variable component as Salary.
