Deputy Manager - Risk management

Manage Risk & Control activities for Allianz Services India · Performs the local independent risk oversight function, acting in 2nd LoD role. · Actively supports the location incl. all departments, services, tribes or projects with the implementation of the Risk Policy Framework (Risk Policy, Risk Strategy, IRCS Policy, NFRM framework) and oversees and monitors compliance with them. · Contributes to the improvement of Allianz Technology's risk culture, by actively communicating and running awareness sessions. · Requirements A degree from a recognised University. · Multi-year professional experience, in different areas of IT risk management or other safeguarding functions · Good understanding of the risk categories: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, third party risk, business risk · Good knowledge of local service landscape and supplier relationships · In depth knowledge / Expertise / Experience in IRCS · Basic knowledge of local regulatory Environment and standards like: COBIT 2019, COSO, ISO27xxx, ISAE/SOC · Possess or in process of getting external risk management certifications like CRISC, COBIT Foundations · Strong communication and conflict management skills PRB
