OnActuate is looking for a full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to work in partnership with our clients, advising on how to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to meet their business objectives.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Translate functional business requirements into a D365 application configuration design• Provide clear and articulate documentation for all phases of the D365 implementation lifecycle• Train clients on the use of D365 and any add-on software implemented by company• Guide and support clients with User Acceptance testing solutions• Collaborate with clients to develop functional designs for custom D365 requirements• Configure and test D365 module configurations to ensure delivered solutions meet client's functional requirements• Provide support and quality assurance for delivered D365 solutions• Liaise closely with team to ensure high-quality, professional and client-focused solutions are always delivered• Responsible for conducting peer reviews for D365 application configuration design and adherence to best practices, standards, procedures and methodologies• Responsible for providing analysis and follow-up of Applications Support Service Desk items to ensure problems are resolved and bottlenecks reported to company management• Demonstrate D365 to prospects and customers including preparation and requirements gathering prior to presentation• Undertake any other responsibilities as deemed suitable by company's management• Several years of progressive experience with D365 - In-depth knowledge of the Finance or Distribution modules is a requirement• High level of understanding of business areas such as accounting, costing, job costing, etc• Certified in D365 Finance & Operations• Knowledge and experience with a recognized implementation methodology such as Sure Step from Microsoft• Effective business analysis skills in understanding client needs and delivering appropriate solutions• Ability to work with client staff at any level and to work independently in a high-paced environment• Ensures customer satisfaction and adherence to methodology• Maintains productive and successful client relationships• Ability to identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate, as necessary• Participate in pre-sales activities as requested.• Working experience of integration with third party applications• Knowledge of LCS and its tool to manage the D365F&Sc environments.• Knowledge of Azure DevOps to maintain the version control and deployment of the package from one environment to another.• Job Location: Gurgaon/Noida and Mumbai3-6 years of experience required.• Working experience on Finance, Warehouse, Inventory and Manufacturing Module configurations.• Must have experience in pre-sales activities, implementations, configurations, design, gap fit and other ERP rollout functions• Accounting/Finance certification is an asset• Must have participated in 3+ end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations• Crisp and clear communication style skills is a must have• "Can-do" and a positive attitude is vital PRB
