Exp: 10 to 15yrsExperience in Passive safety ( Steering wheel, Airbags, Seatbelts & Airbag Control unit and Crash Sensors) Product design , development & System Integration Knowledge.Perform Passive System RFQ to meet Vehicle Crash performance / Regulation TargetPerform, interpretation and Validate CAE SystemStudies.Work with PPC Safety, CAE & Restraint Supplier to converge and apply the System performance TargetWork with supplier on CAE Sled and Physical Sled & Tune the Restraints to meet Crash Performance.Work with Airbag ECU Supplier by exchanging Vehicel System pulse and support supplier to develop the Crash performance Calibration files.Expert in 053 & O54 processReport & Validate System Convergence with S51 Corproate TeamVehicle Crash performance / Regulation Target PRB
