Urgently Required Maintenance Manager For One Of The Leading Plastic Recycling Company in Riyadh.Online Interview - Shortlisting in ProgressLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaSalary: NegotiableRole Overview:As a Maintenance Manager within the Operations Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our recycling plant's machinery and equipment. Your expertise in both mechanical and electrical maintenance will be vital in minimizing downtime, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to our sustainability goals.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regular preventive maintenance schedules for the PET hot washing line, optical and flake bottle sorters, and other associated machinery.- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.- Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and equipment upgrades.- Oversee the installation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.- Lead and mentor a team of junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely procurement.- Ensure all maintenance activities are documented, analyzing data to predict future maintenance needs and equipment performance.- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in plastic recycling and maintenance methodologies.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.- A minimum of 7 years' experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within the plastic recycling industry or similar manufacturing environments.- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and software.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Application Process:If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter to ksajobs@fgheewala.com.
