Job Title: Senior Technical RecruiterJob Summary: As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical professionals to meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.Responsibilities:Partnering with Recruitment Managers: Work closely with manager to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms, to identify and attract top technical talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Candidate Assessment and Screening: Conduct thorough technical assessments and screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams and facilitate feedback sessions to ensure a positive candidate experience.Candidate Engagement and Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication, transparency, and support to keep candidates engaged and informed.Offer Management and Negotiation: Lead offer negotiations and manage the offer approval process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR. Ensure competitive and compelling offers that align with market trends and candidate expectations.Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Talent Acquisition Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and initiatives to attract and retain top technical talent. Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging recruitment technologies.Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with fellow recruiters and hiring managers to share knowledge, best practices, and resources. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters to support their professional growth and development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on hiring for engineering, IT, software development, or related roles.Deep understanding of technical skill sets, technologies, and industry trends.Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Relevant certifications (e.g., AIRS, Recruiter) are a plus.Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
