Key Areas of Responsibility Sales & Business Management: Own the P&L for our retail business, develop sales strategies, and track key metrics.Operations: Translate strategic goals into operational plans, maintain stock merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.Business Development: Identify potential clients, develop relationships, and negotiate contracts to drive business growth.Brand: Analyze market positioning, collaborate with marketing, and maintain a strong customer focus.People: Build a strong sales management culture, coach and develop teams, and ensure HR policies are followed. Desired Experience and Skills Education: MBA/PG in Retail ManagementExperience: 7-10 years in retail sales and operations, preferably with premium brands.Skills: Analytical, commercially sound, solution-oriented, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Key Skills Sought Highly analytical with a deep understanding of key metrics.Commercially sound with a good understanding of P&L.Solution-oriented, decisive, and result-oriented.Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Well-developed interpersonal and organization skills.A collaborative team player with visible leadership skills. Personal Attributes Self-starter with high energy levels.Positive, enthusiastic, and resourceful.Strong professionally with integrity and credibility.Good listener, open to constructive feedback.
