Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for daily sales operations, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The role will require strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and team managementStrong negotiation and contract management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends and develop sales strategiesCustomer-centric approach and ability to build and maintain customer relationshipsKnowledge of the real estate industry and local marketBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldFluency in English and local language(s) PRB
