Deputy Manager - IT

Key Responsibilities:Responsible to oversee and coordinate, IT-related activities, as well as provide support for daily operational activities of the IT departmentIT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, AWS, storage, virtualization, and telecommunications systems. Knowledge in Azure, M365 and Microsoft technologies (Domain controllers, SQL, DNS, DHCP, File servers, VMWare, and Hyper-V). Knowledge of Backup & Replication software.Network and Connectivity: Ensure the Uptime and security of the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN and VPN.Data Center Management: Manage the company's data center, includes management of production & other servers, DR and BCP. Strong knowledge of working & configuring Win-Server.Cloud Infrastructure: Understanding & working on cloud Technology & having knowledge of AMS, Azure & GCP.Vendor Management: Establish and manage relationships with technology vendors & service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and contracts are optimized.Budgeting and Cost Optimization: Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost optimization, efficient resource allocation, and alignment with business objectives.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Compliance and Risk Management: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT infrastructure, security, and data protection.Cyber Security: Understand the cyber security framework & concept, knowledge of working on Firewalls / UTM and similar technologies.Essential Qualification & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, computer science, or a related fieldHaving 5+ years of experience in Information System.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems. Experience managing on-premises servers, storage area networks (SAN), and network-attached storage (NAS) devices. PRB
