Job Title: Senior Customer Service ExecutiveDuration: Full TimeNotice Period : Immediate Joiner to 15 days maxSalary : Upto 7LPA fix + Travel AllowanceWe are looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We'll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company's positive image.To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with our company's clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer needs and develop plans to address themIdentify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationshipsResolve customer complaints quickly and effectivelyForward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales teamPromote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processesAim to preserve customers and renew contractsApproach potential customers to establish relationshipsGain solid knowledge of competitorsRequirements and skillsProven experience as a Client Relationship ManagerKnowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practicesExperience in sales or customer service is preferredProblem-solving attitudeExcellent communication skillsAptitude for fostering positive relationshipsTeamwork and leadership skillsCustomer-oriented mind-setBSc/BA in Business Administration or similar fieldExperience:2-4 years' minimum experience of working in a multinational / Banking / NBFC / Credit Rating organization / M&A / Investment Banking, Consultancy or Research Firms in a Client Relationship, Sales, BD, Key Account Management roles.Must have worked in an international / domestic cross functional team. Coordinating and getting the work done.Preferred experience from banking, credit rating agencies, Credit assessment etc.Graduate or a Post-Grad with excellent communication (English) skills.Smart, Pro-active, Presentable personalities desired.Should have good exposure to MS Office tools etc. PRB
