Position: HR Generalist InternVacancy: 1Location - NoidaWork Duration - 3 to 6 monthsJob Profile:Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all necessary documentation, equipment, and access to the company systems.Conduct employee orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and expectations.Be a point of contact for employees to address their grievances and complaints. Fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that employees needs are met.Manage and organize employee records, personal files, and HR data, including attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in coordinating various HR committees and disciplinary committees, helping to ensure compliance and fair processes.Support implementing employee welfare initiatives and schemes planned by the company to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.Provide support in HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and databases.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Support employee relations efforts by addressing inquiries and escalating issues as appropriate.Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.Qualifications, Experience, and SkillsPost Graduate Diploma or Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource, Industrial Relations, or Graduates with post-graduate specialized courses in HR and/or IR.Good presentation skills and communication skills. Proficient or good command of English and Hindi.Good listening skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and persuasion skills. PRB
