This includes partnering with businesses, key corporate function stakeholders and business HR partners. Build and communicate an effective Total Rewards Strategy that enables retention and attraction of talent.Role DetailsCompensationManage the compensation cycle (pay increase and variable pay)Design simulations based on industry insights, organization budgets and key employee retention driversLiaise with business for inputs and finalization of individual merit increase and bonus across businesses.Devise merit and bonus grids based on various simulations across all geographiesEnsuring communication of the compensation strategies to various stakeholdersDisbursement of online annual increment and variable pay lettersResponsible for driving the LTIP agendaFormulation of LTIP PlansPayout of LTIP each year as per plan guidelinesFitments and Role Assessmentsthe international fitments ensuring parity and employee engagement, retentionfor corrections for IJP cases / retention cases as may be requiredCompensation BenchmarkingEvaluate relevant partners across geography for compensation benchmarkingLiaise with business and key stakeholders during the annual process to gather necessary information, partner with the vendor to get meaningful insights and reports, sharing key information with business for making informed decisionsSharing quarterly industry insights with businessHRMSPast experience in implementation of HRMS modules, experience in Compensation Module implementation and management preferredPayroll and Statutory requirementsEnsuring monthly inputs for Payroll. Liaise with external partners and Payroll team for ensuring accurate processing of monthly salariesEnsure all statutory requirements are complied with, thereby providing relevant data on a periodic basis to auditors, relevant stakeholdersCompensation AnalyticsCreating periodic dashboards and presentations as required for informed decisionsTrack market intelligence/trends, conducting in-depth analysis to generate trends and generate insights on ongoing basisBenefitsEvaluating and benchmarking benefits regularly to verify the relevance and need of the organizationcommunication of available benefits to employees, encourage utilisationof Benefits across multiple geographies preferredEssential QualificationProfessionally qualified (MBA / PGDBA - HR/General management )Experience Min 7+ years' experiencePrior experience in compensation role is essential.Experience in working with leaders / cross functional teams / multiple stakeholdersSkills Strong Business Communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders by objectively presenting challenging viewsAnalytical Prowess, expertise in advanced data analytics through ExcelAble to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.Proficient in handling employee issues with sensitivity, objectivity and empathyTeam Player with the ability to network collaborate with diverse teamsAbility to understand cross - cultural sensitivity and manage global interactions.
