(UCC Systems) as well as exposure to Network, IT Infrastructure (Servers, Clients, etc.) and other peripheral environmentsAptitude and desire to learn new technologies, in expanding their knowledge of the eGain UCC ecosystem.CertificationsCCNA Certification or Collaboration Course is must PRB
